We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics tools (such as Google Analytics). The only cookie we set is a functional session cookie required for the chat and booking features to work.

- Legitimate interest — analyzing anonymized geographic data and session logs to improve service security and quality.
- Legal obligation — retaining booking records as required by applicable business regulations.
4. How We Protect Your Data
- IP addresses are anonymized before storage — the last octet is always masked (e.g.
192.168.1.xxx). We never store or link full IP addresses to personal data. - Chat sessions and messages are automatically and permanently deleted after 90 days.
- All data is stored on secure servers. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may process data on our behalf:
- Brevo (Sendinblue) — for sending transactional emails (contact confirmations, booking confirmations). Data processed: name, email address. Brevo Privacy Policy.
- Google Fonts — fonts loaded from Google servers. Google may collect your IP address. Google Privacy Policy.
- ip-api.com — used to determine the approximate city and country from your anonymized session. Only the anonymized IP is processed. ip-api Legal.

- Right to erasure — request deletion of your data.
- Right to rectification — request correction of inaccurate data.
